Write what’s killing you inside to get it outside – 

Hear what you feel.

Journaling is an exercise in being heard.  When we allow ourselves to hear what we feel we now deal with it.  Journaling creates a new rhythm for self to face things safely.

Affirm Before Writing

“I feel anything I need to experience for myself my higher self will take me there and whatever I need to heal, I will only experience that which I am capable of healing right now”

Behind our social role we play, our facade, there is an element of us that we must stop judging and condemning.  Our path of growth is to become an integrated person that still has guilt, fear and anxiety in your life.  A person that feels all these things and no longer resists them. 

SET THE GROUNDWORK TO GET EVERYTHING OUT IN THE OPEN

Write down all of your disappointments through life.  Bring things forward from your unconscious to your conscious.  Bring it forward and see it as a witness, not a judge.  Accept how your reactions to those disappointments came out unconsciously and recognize it was the only way it could come out at the time.  Now you can gain completions with those expressions through your conscious self.  This sets the groundwork to get everything out in the open for you.  Be a witness, an observant, not a judge.

A pattern will start to unfold on a canvas just like a painting.  Now  instead of acting out unconsciously from our darkness and disappointments, we are allowing it to come out consciously.  Journaling now allows you to bring out what’s hidden because it carries an energy and life force deep within you.  That which is underneath is what is showing up on the surface.   

ACCEPT ALL OF SELF INSTEAD OF JUDGING

The energy underneath of your darkness is like a volcanic energy with life in it and we need to take the lid off from it and accept it almost like giving it honor along with releasing it. There are ways we may have or continue to respond to an experience or moment in our past to this day.  Know and accept it was based on how we felt, choices we made, and went with it.  Accept it all instead of judging it. 

If it hurts it’s ok, it’s your truth and no one can talk you out of it.  Embrace it as this ultimately releases it.  It will no longer have the life force it previously had and rule your world unconsciously. 

THE ESSENCE OF OUR PAST EXPERIENCES WE CONDEMNED BECOME OUR TEACHER

After releasing it the essence of the experience will be present to be a teacher.  So when situations show up you won’t react the same way you have in the past.  When that life force shows up I now have the knowing because I’ve attracted it and brought it forward and when I’m there I now know how to respond to it.  Instead of it being a fear or an enemy you are now being present with it and can magic pause to decide the healthiest responses and solutions. 

Talk to your unconscious self to speak to your inner child that desires to come out.  Give it permission to have a voice. 

We all want to be heard and much of the time we are not.  Journaling allows us to be heard.
